Our company is led by President Jeff Compton, who brings over 30 years of experience in firestopping services.
Jeff is known for his steady leadership, strong work ethic, and commitment to doing things the right way. He takes pride in supporting both his clients and his team with integrity and professionalism.

Our field leadership team includes foremen Pedro Ramos, Ney Avelino, Francisco Ramos and Fernan Garcia.
They each bring a strong track record of quality work and excellent people skills. They are hands-on leaders who are always willing to help, teach, and share their knowledge with the crew.
